This acquisition will solidify Volteo’s position as one of the most experienced and capable ServiceNow partners in Latin America and worldwide. Founded in 2004 in Mexico City, BITS Mexico offers consulting for IT and business process automation with more than 60 enterprise customers across Latin America. This acquisition provides customers the expertise and skill set they require to take their enterprise service management experience to the next level. This strategic acquisition extends Volteo's ability to deliver innovative solutions to ServiceNow enterprise customers throughout the region.
